About the Role:
Title: Cloud Solutions Architect - Teams
Location: 100% remote
JD:
Customer Engineers act as a key technical resource for enterprise customers in the legacy space:
- Focused on delivering proactive services such as education workshops, delivering assessments, and providing expert guidance.
- Preview new technology before others in the industry and learn how to make the best from it.
- Visit customers to train them and share industry and development expertise.
- Be part of a thriving developer community that's constantly looking for ways to improve our customers’ experience, software development goals, and use of technology.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure deliveries align with customer projects and milestones.
- Gain access to expertise and support from consulting practice and product groups.
- Continually learn and grow professionally.
- Analyze problems.
- Maintain and extend accreditations and certifications, assist in developing best practices for key technologies and products to support technical team readiness.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills; ability to develop strategic ongoing customer relationships, and gain trust and respect for the client's customers.
- Engineers must possess strong technical writing, presentation, and training skills.
Fluent in English oral and written communication.
Required Experience:
- Deep understanding in Teams architecture.
- Deep troubleshooting skills with Teams.
- Designing & implementing services of Teams.
- Teams deployment experience.
- Experience in assessing Teams health checks of existing solutions, providing best practice recommendations, guidance on clients, and supporting customers on their operations in Teams environments which includes change, release, performance, and availability management.
Salary Range:
The salary for this position is between $110K-$125K Annually. Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
