Compensation: Performance-based, uncapped earnings, targeted earnings of $250k+

About the Role


We are hiring a Sales Manager to lead the charge on high-impact client acquisition. This is not a traditional “team manager” role—yet. It’s built for top-tier sales leaders or seasoned account executives who know how to break into complex accounts and engage executive-level decision-makers at the top of the funnel.


You will own full-cycle prospecting, from outreach through campaign kickoff, working directly with company leadership to shape high-value opportunities. You’ll be targeting companies with $5M+ in annual revenue, building strategic relationships, running demos, onboarding new clients, and playing a key role in the adoption of AI-powered sales solutions.

Responsibilities



  • Outbound Prospecting & Pipeline Generation: Identify, research, and engage c-level executives across pest control, lawn care, HVAC/plumbing, and related home service industries

  • Inbound Follow-Up & Reactivation: Follow up on inbound leads within 48 hours and revive cold or previously inactive leads as assigned

  • Qualify and Book Strategic Meetings: Connect with owners, executives, and key stakeholders to pitch Sellify AI’s value and secure meaningful conversations

  • Lead Demo Calls: Run discovery and product walkthroughs that emphasize impact, ROI, and integration simplicity

  • Own Onboarding & First Campaign Prep: Guide clients through CRM/SMS integration, billing setup, and initial campaign planning

  • Collaborate on Handoff and Scaling: Work alongside the AE team to transition new clients and shape long-term success

  • CRM Discipline: Log all pipeline activity, outreach details, and engagement notes with precision



Qualifications


We’re only considering top-tier candidates who meet these minimum requirements:



  • 7+ years of B2B outbound sales, sales leadership, or AE experience (SaaS, MarTech, or home services industry strongly preferred)

  • Proven ability to close large deals or book strategic meetings— with mid-market and enterprise buyers. You know how to get in the door and speak to business owners and executives.

  • Independent operator— you don’t need hand-holding. You run your own playbook and deliver results.

  • Exceptional communicator— direct, persuasive, and quick to follow up.

  • Organized and disciplined— you stay on top of follow-ups, logging, and deal movement without reminders.



Bonus if you have:



  • Experience selling into pest control, lawn care, HVAC/plumbing, or home service related industries

  • Experience using tools like FieldRoutes, PestPac, RealGreen, ServiceTitan, ClickUp, etc.

  • Familiarity with AI platforms, SMS marketing, or sales automation software



Compensation


This is a 1099 contractor role with pay fully performance-based with no base pay. You will earn bonuses at each milestone in the client acquisition process. There is no cap on total earnings. Payouts are made monthly for confirmed milestones. Estimated target earnings of $150k-$250k+/yr.



Performance Expectations


This role is outcome-driven. You’ll be evaluated on the following key metrics:



  • Minimum: 5+ qualified first meetings per month (with $5M+ companies)

  • 50% of meetings must convert to onboarded clients

  • 70% of onboarded clients must convert to first payment



Logistics



  • Work Type: 1099 contractor

  • Location: 100% remote (U.S. preferred)

  • Schedule: Flexible hours, results-driven

  • Travel: Up to 25% for select trade shows (self-funded unless otherwise noted)

  • Visa Sponsorship: Not available
