What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Develop and execute sales strategies for key prospect accounts to secure multimillion-dollar deals
- Build and manage an active sales pipeline, progressing to signed platform agreements
- Communicate the benefits of bundling Loyalty Solutions with other Data & Services products
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product management, and finance, to drive sales success
- Serve as the primary contact for senior-level client stakeholders, including C-suite executives
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- 10-15 years of experience in complex sales, preferably within the financial services segment
- Proven track record of selling to senior executives and navigating matrixed organizations
- Strong negotiation and pipeline management skills
- Deep understanding of Hiring Company Services value propositions
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Established network of C-Level, EVP, or SVP contacts within the financial services industry
- Experience in strategic software sales, particularly in CRM, Martech, or Loyalty
- Ability to thrive with limited lead generation support and a proactive approach to outreach
- Strong commercial drive and ability to build and monetize client relationships
- Exceptional presentation and influencing skills
